I have dealt with a rep named Nejm. He gave me a deal that I never thought I can get, 3 new phones on 3 lines. Helped me reduce the charge on the next bill (one time). Helped me unlock my old phone. Helped me to get full HST refund in my case and it was easy to comunicate with him via e mail even though he was on vication. I would recommend Tbooth for any upgrads or new purchase and especially Mr. Nejm.
