Fantastic vet!
I had a healthy dog (Toby) that suddenly started developing tons of allergies after a medical incident, and worsened by booster shots. By last summer he was constantly itchy and chewing himself apart. Former vet put him on Apoquel and a hypoallergenic kibble (standard treatment route). I began seeing tons of other health issues (extreme weight loss, yeast, itching was still getting worse over time, etc.) after this, but he was miserable without the medication. I decided to try a holistic approach because I was running out of ideas and the standard vet approach was not fixing the problems. After Toby's first appointment here I was able to wean him down to 1/3 of his previous Apoquel dosage, and then fully off the pills between his 2nd and third visit. We just got home from his third visit. He has finally put back on weight and is much better overall, with only minimal itching despite being Apoquel-free for just over a month! We have also made great progress on the yeast and other health issues that came along with the pills and kibble, including eliminating former food allergies so he could return to a raw beef diet (instrumental in the healthy weight gain).
Dr. Haghighat is very knowledgeable and he and his team are great with the animals (even my stubborn 120lb Saint Bernard mix!). While I know not everyone believes in the holistic approach, it works, and I cannot recommend this vet enough!

Excellent vet! My little guy Bob is celebrating 1 year seizure free today because of Dr. H and his wonderful staff. They truly care about their patients. They are extremely knowledgable and responsive to emails and phone calls to provide timely and caring advice. Bob and I are very thankful.

Exceptional vet! Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. In one visit, I gained the greatest insight and education about my dog's epilepsy than I have in years.

The initial visit is $250 and lasts an hour. Your dog receives a comprehensive exam, resulting in an individualized and detailed plan. He takes the time to explain everything and answers any questions you have. Also, on two separate occasions, I've emailed the office with questions, and the Dr. responded within the same day.
