The Arts Music Store

Love this music store! Everyone is super helpful and welcoming. I'm in the process of purchasing my second guitar, with great guidance from Rik and the process is professional, relaxed and never intimidating. Fortunately for me I live a few hours away because if I lived in Newmarket, my wife would never see me.

I bring my guitars here routinely for set-ups and other work, also to shop for new gear every now and then. I refuse to go anywhere else. Each and every team member goes above and beyond what you'd expect to find at a music store. Their guitar tech does a fantastic job every time. Great selection of gear for sale, and not to mention a welcome feeling the minute you walk in. The type of environment you don't typically find at any retail store. Save yourself the trouble and go to The Arts.

Great customer service, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Took my guitar in for a set up and to get new humbuckers installed and they did a great job and I got it back relatively quick. I think the guys name was Kevin, can’t remember for sure.. but ya, great job!

Bought a ukulele for someone, didn’t know much about the instruments a gentleman with white hair helped me out. He was very patient, and was happy to answer all my question. Thank you for many times of great service you’ve provided. 5 stars from me, only music store around worth going to.
