Nadine at the Newmarket location was wonderful! Very thorough and explained everything we needed to know about future prevention and removal. I learned alot put of this visit and feel confident now that this ongoing issue is finally under control. Couldn't have done it without the lice crew! P.S. Nix does not work!! Used it a few times but it never fully fixed the problem and only caused a very dry and itchy scalp. TLC all the way!

We had a fantastic experience with Naomi and TLC. Our 4 year old daughter had it for the first time, Namoi was great with her and our 2 year old son. They had toys to keep them occupied and a tv show to help distract too. She was very informative and showed us exactly what to do and how to treat it. It's great they use products that are not chemical-based and harsh like the shampoo kits at the store. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who feels like they need to get checked or who needs treatment for lice.

Took my 6 year old in here last night to double check her hair as her school has had cases of lice, the lady was so professional and so great with kids. Excellent service and great peace of mind. Jenn was very personable and wonderful with my kids. Highly recommended. I was completely frazzled and grossed out by the situation and we were treated so well. My kids ages 7, 5, and 1 all sat through checks and treatment and were entertained with movies and toys while I was treated myself. I have told many people about the service already and would go there without hesitation if the situation arises again. Thank You!! Worth every penny.
