Yoga Source & Therapy Studio

Lovely class but I was unable to return as I have allergy induced asthma and they have cats and extremely heavy scents and incense circulating. If you have asthma or are sensitive to scents I would recommend avoiding this studio.

Love everything about this place! Amazing yoga teachers, kind and friendly staff, lovely therapists, the studio is cozy and beautiful. The live streaming yoga service is excellent too. All good vibes ????

What a lovely place! Two kitties greeted me as soon as I came in, very relaxing. Came for a massage fron Heather which was excellent. Very professional and I felt that I was safe and she knew how to help my previous health issues. On exiting I noticed how nice the yoga atmosphere was, I liked how quiet and tranquil it was. Some yoga studios can be loud but this one was very relaxing. Overall great experience will go again and try the yoga which looked well priced.

I just recently visited Yoga Source, what a beautiful studio! The best part it’s a wellness centre. If you love yoga, need a massage, interested in holistic medicine this is the place. Love all the inspirational messages, always leave in a great place (body and mind)

This is the best yoga studio I have ever been at and I have been at many from here to Scottsdale Arizona. Theresa and all her teachers and staff and warm, friendly and very welcoming. I have done restorative classes, beginner classes and the more advanced as they all offer something for me depending on my needs that day.
