“I love the ladies who work at the front tills and the customer service desk workers. They are always kind and patient with me. As a student, they gave me great advice over the years and helped me pay off my credit card and bump my credit score. I have been banking with TD for over 15 years. The only thing I wish they could improve is if the company could offer loyalty deals and promotions. Another improvement would be of the student bank account, to make it so you can make unlimited retransfers like other banks offer. The location it self, I find good. I have had only a few not so great experience but the good out ways the bad for sure :)”

“No tellers, but now that one of the 5 ATMs dispense $100, I don't need to go to a teller to keep my wallet thin. 1 ATM is inside the branch, but not clearly visible what it dispenses while waiting for the other 4 ATMs in the entrance. Staff was able to increase my ATM limit to access additional funds when I needed. I use my phone for most banking needs, and CIBC has the best Online banking and Mobile Apps.”
