I bought some items from this auction and had to contact the customer service. They were very respectful and helpful. I am a regular bidder at auctions and have been going since I was a child. The owner of this auction by far knows how to treat his or her bidders. I recommend taking a shot to see what you can win at the auction Network.
Some staff were a bit rigid, but the overall experience was quite smooth.
Getting less efficient because of other customers.
Being a first time buyer I was very hesitant using Auction Network but earlier today I received my items and Im absolutely in love with what I got, not to mention the process was easy and everyone was so helpful. All my items were delivered before the date expected and exactly as described. Keep up the good work Auction Network cant wait to bid on some more goodies :)
