(March 14, 2019, 2:43 am)So I took my sweet 55lbs furbabies for a wash and dry with nail trim. The staff was really sweet and they even gave the girls a bandana when they were clean.
The overall store was neat, well stocked with a good variety. Prices were also reasonable.
(March 2, 2019, 6:07 pm)One of the only pet stores I shop at. Lots of selection and a well organized store. Friendly, helpful staff and great recommendations. Prices are average compared to other pet stores but all products I’ve purchased have been good quality. Parking lot is big, haven’t ever had trouble finding a spot. I wish I got her name but one of the staff who cashed me out a while back had Guinea Pigs herself and gave me some really good advice on mine! Thanks again!
(February 14, 2019, 10:49 pm)A decent store - always have what I want in stock with new stuff for our dogs, available every time we go! Staff are decent and friendly.
The store has some expensive items , but sometimes they make a promotion to make it become more affordable for purchase.
However the reason I give this place 3 STARS , it's because I always find it challenging to find a service that can provide for their customers a little area for the pets to stay for 5 to 10 minutes and get lightly fed from the employees while I'm shopping so pets would not feel hungry. Also It would be much better for Pet-smart to have a special bathroom area so I can leave my pet there to take care of their needs while I shop for things I may buy.
But I Would recommend this location to other pet lovers who own pets!
(February 4, 2019, 8:45 pm)Great service and adorable pets. The amphibians freaked me out a bit. I got my first two guinea pigs there and have loved them since. Again, a great place to look for a pet.
