I have used this company for over 5 years for service, repair and replacement of appliances in 3 of my rental condos in Toronto. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of service. The technical and office staff has always been extremely helpful. I live out of town and have always arranged all service by phone without having to be present at the condo. Their charges are very reasonable. Everyone has always acted professionally and shown courtesy to me and my tenants.

Electrical appliances are things I take for granted, so when something goes wrong I need it to be fixed quickly and professionally. I've had some companies say they don't cover downtown YYZ because of parking and traffic!! Tech2000 have always been prompt and professional. They have repaired my fridge and washing machine. I let them know the model number and the issue and they make sure they have what they need to make the repair. I have and will continue to recommended them.

I have called Tech 2000 many times over the last few years. I would never call anyone else. It's a family run business and they treat all their customers like real people. They totally understand what customer service is all about. Its a huge bonus to also be dealing with such nice people. Fast, reliable, good pricing and great people. I almost don't get upset when something breaks, I know I'm in good hands.

I also passed their name to my Mom, who was very pleased.
