“When you think about all the different types of retailers that there are in Canada relative to the US. You usually hear that service is better in the US and US retailers take better care of their customers in terms of returns and exchanges. The nice thing about bed bath & beyond is that although their prices are a little bit higher they have an amazing return policy and they really do take care of you. When I buy from them I know that I'm going to be satisfied no matter what, not only on the day of purchase but even down the road. For that reason they continue to get my business.”
