We have been coming here for several years, whenever we wanted a different experience, especially when hungry and do not want to wait for a kitchen. This Korean BBQ has a consistent standard, food arrives quickly - most of it you cook yourself on the grill in the middle of the table, along with other foods you can eat without cooking like beansprouts and kimchi. At restricted times they also serve sushi. Service is not always consistent when you get an inexperienced or new server, but overall it is usually fast and good.
Fun place to eat but be prepared to wash your clothes when you get home... very smokey!! Food is great though
I use to come to this location very often. It sometimes can get very busy so keep that in mind. The service does get a little slow when it’s packed. Otherwise I’ve always had a good time. I like Chako better than Korean Grill House.
Been to 3 different locations. This one was extremely better than the Mississauga location. The service was slow and not friendly. But the cuts of red meat were very good. Overall for a quick fix of Korean BBQ, it does the trick. The parking is also a nightmare. There is a huge parking lot shared but it is shared with many other restaurants and is completely packed. We were late for our reservation because it took us over 20 minutes to find a spot! Make sure to give yourself time to find a spot!
Had all you can eat lunch here, and it was a delightful place for small groups. The choices for lunch was smaller than the dinner, but that was expected. The meat and vegetables was relatively fresh, and the side dishes weren't too bad either. Dessert was an offering of mango or green tea ice cream. Overall, Chako offers a good deal for Korean BBQ if you're looking for quantity.
