    I have trained with Stefanie @ Fitness 101 for 4 months now and gained more muscle mass than I have ever done in my lifetime. Both Ken and Stefanie are great at pushing you to the limit and challenging yourself to break through your comfort zone. They both possess a wealth of nutritional knowledge helping you with your diet along the way. I'm so glad I went with Fitness101 rather than corporate gym personal trainers. Highly recommended!

    I have been training with Ken and Stefanie for many years now and have had a blast with them! They are extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and have helped me transform my body in ways in ways I didn't think were possible. Their workouts are fun, challenging and constantly changing and they are great motivators. I highly recommend their services if you are looking for amazing results!
