    Amazing personal trainer! He really focused on my technique in which I have improved in my mobility in areas were I was tight and struggled to use on a daily basis. I have been attending Hayward @ Home Fitness since April 2017 and I have physically seen results that I am very pleased with. Before attending in April I was lazy and never saw a point in working out but now I am a regular customer that he pushes every session harder then the last. I highly recommend people to attend Hayward @ Home, he is a very versatile trainer that has a wealth of knowledge and experience to help the customer reach their targeted goals.

    Ryan has been working with me for close to a year and has managed to do what no other trainer has previously done...keep me motivated! I have seen significant improvements in tone and general fitness and he is constantly changing up programs. His passion and enthusiasm for what he does is infectious!

    I have worked with 4 different personal trainers over the past 15 years. I just started working with Ryan a couple weeks ago. I must say Ryan is the best trainer that I’ve ever had. He is excellent at explaining the proper forms and the targeted muscles for each exercise. He also customized exercises to help my weak areas. I feel better with my abilities under his guidance.

    I highly recommend Ryan as a personal trainer.

    After deciding to go with Hayward @ Home, I was pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail and unique approach that Ryan took during our training sessions. Each session was filled with a variety of workouts that focused on specific muscle groups and goals. Ryan made sure to educate me on the importance and purpose of each workout while making sure that the exercises were being conducted properly and safely. Training at Hayward @ Home was a wonderful experience that equipped me with the fitness knowledge and awareness i was looking for.

    I am so glad that I get the opportunity to work with Ryan. He is very personable and really listens to what you need out of your exercise sessions with him. I first contacted Ryan to help make a program that could help keep me in shape with my busy schedule. Sometimes I only get the opportunity to workout once or twice a week, and he makes sure that I get the most benefit from each training session. What I like most is that he gives me stuff that I can be doing on my own that's functional to my life. He has made a huge impact on how I view fitness, constantly encouraging me to set goals and make adjustments. I recommend Ryan to all my friends - he's truly the best!
