This has to be the best pet store in Ontario! I've never come across employees and owners who care so much about my pets. They know all of their names (I have five dogs) and always hook me with up with free treats whenever I'm in the store. Special shout out to Shoshannah, who is so sweet and always goes that extra mile to facilitate whatever annoying requests or questions I have. I'm so happy that restrictions have lifted and I can finally shop there in-person again!! You're doing a great job, ladies. YOU'VE GOT A CUSTOMER 4 LIFE!!!

Always the best service . I have been to many other global pet foods but this one really has the best service. The mother and daughter are a dream team. They recommended a toy for my dobermans and I bought it. Although I purchased many other toys for them that day, the one they recommended was the one my dobies loved the most. They keep fighting over it!

Over at this location, they are Always fast and efficient and they always give some extra treats. Even though there is another global pet foods closer to my home, I take the extra time to visit this one because they really care about their clients.
