Hertz Car Rental

I recently rented a Dodge Grand Caravan. The vehicle was ready for me to pick up at the arranged time, and I was dealt with promptly and with friendly courtesy. The minivan was a current model (2019), but not quite in pristine state. Nonetheless, at the price point and considering that unlimited km are included, it was excellent value. I'm quite surprised at the negative reviews for this location - they made me a bit wary going into the transaction, but I was very happy with my experience.

Edit: please note that i really do like hertz usually, you have a great service normally.
However, the 4 star is because of the crude and very unfriendly treatment we received when we picked up our car at your airport location, from one of the employees at the counter. The other employee next to him seemed to be very helpful and answered all questions he was asked by other customers, but the employee to served us was very business like, very dry and didn't offer any useful information. He didn't even bother to give any info regarding gas, tolls, insurance, etc. The info you normally get at other car rental services.

Great service at this location.
