Frank's the consummate professional. I had a tricky job I needed done with very little access to the offending wiring due to a finished basement, and he completed the work thoughtfully and efficiently with as little mess and disruption as possible. He walked me through the work as he did it and took his time to ensure the fine details were right, even on a smaller, kind of annoying job. Frank's my go-to now, and I'll gladly recommend him for any electrical work.
