(March 8, 2019, 1:02 am)Andrew does excellent work.....however beware of the hidden costs.
He will charge full rate for his own transportation time to your home.
He adds 30% to all material costs.
When he does your estimate for the job the there is no mention of a charge to do the estimate....this will show up on your final bill as a surprise.
The cost of picking up materials for the job is levied even though the 30% charge has been added to the material cost.
When questioned about the high cost of the work he is not very friendly during the discussion.
Overall the work was done well but I should have shopped around more for a more cost effective tradesman.....lesson learned.....there was only one review on him that was a "5" so I hope this will help others.
