I ordered an SVS-PB2000 from these guys back in 2014. I was a bit disappointed when the amp failed around Christmas of 2017. I emailed them and described the symptoms of what the sub was doing, within two weeks I had a replacement part and had the sub back up and running, it was zero hassle!

I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great quality sub with amazing post-sales support to back it up!
