Andrew, who I dealt with throughout the process, was great to deal with, extremely knowledgeable about the products, got the installation date arranged quickly and always got back to me right away with any questions I had. He also called me after the job was done to make sure I was happy with the work. Mark, their boiler installation technician, is a genius. Compared to the installation of my old boiler, his work is incredible and the installation thoughtfully planned. On top of that, he is very personable and he made sure I understood the system and what various shut-offs did. He ensured the system was thoroughly tested and working smoothly before they left. Sean did a great job of installing the ductless a/c unit within a day. All on time with no surprises. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.”
