I had really bad lower back pain and hand pain from a bad accident and the professionals here helped provide comfort, relief and improve my flexibility. The staff are knowledgeable and can sense where the tension build up is and even help stretch out your muscles. Really nice deep tissue massage. At the end you get a nice tasty tea! “Went with a friend yesterday. It's a cozy, clean and quiet place, the staffs are friendly. I did POLA mask, and my friend did the deep cleaning mask. The whole experience was around 1 and half hours. They cleaned, and gave me a face and neck massage before putting on the POLA mask on me. The massage was so good, very relaxing. And at the end I got to bring my POLA mask home ;p Definitely will come back again.”

“I went to Serene Ocean Wellness today, and Suki was recommended for a nice strong massage. Suki is young and pretty, but her massage is excellent, much better than her age would predict. She massaged all my muscles as if she had years of practice. Her English is not strong, but she made conversation quite comfortably. The room had a shower also, which makes things easier. Table coverings were freshly cleaned, and replaced again after my session; nice. I would highly recommend Suki. I'm told all the ladies at Serene Ocean are good at massage; looking forward to finding out...”

“I read all 5 stars review from 17 customers, so I called in to book the early special combo as the website stated, foot massage (45min) and body massage (45min) for $65. But, the lady staff said they don't have that. So we booked the early combo instead , foot massage (45min) and body massage (30min) for $60. My husband and I went together on a Monday morning. We have mix feelings about this place. The staff are not unfriendly, but there are some hesitant. One lady staff told my husband most of their customers are male, they don't usually have female customers. Also, they specialize in body massage, not foot massage. I had another lady staff, her body massage skill is better than her foot massage skill. However, she sat on my bum to massage my back. I don't think it is the norm. My thoughts at that time were did they sit on my husband's bum in the next room. My husband said no when I asked him at the end. They also have a shower in each room. May be it is for privacy and convenience. But, still a bit strange in my mind.”

They kept the place clean and sanitized during this COVID season which gave me a peace of mind having my nails done there. Everyone entering the salon wears a mask and have their hands sanitized. The staff were all very friendly, patient and professional. The owner was also super nice and sweet.
