I found Mike and Avas Plumbing through a contractor I used on a big home renovation project.
I had a leak behind a wall which every plumber I had asked to diagnose had said I would have to take the whole wall down to discover the problem, most of them spent a total of 15 min before handing me a huge estimate for repairs!
Mike spent 2 hours checking all the pipes and discovered the problem was a broken pipe in the shower assembly, and he came back with the necessary equipment and fixed it within an hour! He was courteous and respectful and any mess he made he cleaned up. His price was well below what the others, with no real examination, had given me. This is the kind of person you want, an honest person with integrity! I now use Mike and Avas Plumbing for any problem I have.
