They were extremely patient as we had to push back our install due to the pandemic. We were walked through the process from beginning to end. The team at Beans and Grind are extremely knowledgeable, informative and friendly. If you're looking to have a coffee machine installed and customer service that goes ABOVE AND BEYOND, look no further!!!
(October 23, 2018, 2:45 pm)Absolutely amazing customer service - the team are extremely helpful and really do go out of their way to make the customer experience excellent. Prices are very good; and delivery is super quick, especially so given that we are based in the United Kingdom.
Thoroughly recommended for both Canadian and international customers.
