What a difference it is shopping in store as opposed to online. I came to adjust a few of my frames with my friend and I absolutely love this location! I’m so happy Samantha is at Vaughan Mills now. When she helped me at upper Canada mall, I had to recommend her to all my friends and family. Excited to pick up my collectors box and super happy to have met Dienna - they were both so helpful! Can’t wait to come back and buy more glasses to fill my collectors box hahah

Very satisfy with their service and professional staffs. Took my nephew there for a pair of prescription glasses. The staff took their time and patient to explain every details about the frame and style. Would definitely go back there again for all the eye glasses we need in the future. Thanks again.

I love going to BonLook especially this location . It has been my second time buying glasses and they could never disappoint, I was welcomed by the Samantha the optometrist and her assistant Alessia who have helped me tremendously and were outstanding in customer service. I went in to purchase new glasses because I needed a new look especially after my first pair was destroyed with bending temples after I found my glasses in a public space- bringing in my glasses without even asking Samantha to fix my glasses went the extra mile by looking for extra parts to replace my temples but unfortunately the parts were not available. since the temples were beyond repairable Samantha was still able to repair it on her own with great skill. So in the end , I bought a new pair and my old pair was repaired. I am greatly thankful from helping choosing a frame to repairing my glasses. Totally recommend

Every single one of their opticians and sales associates are incredible! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful in anything you ask. I have a very high prescription and kind of a big head but they have always seemed to help me find the best option! Highly recommend.

GREAT stylish frames of all sizes and styles. Especially for narrow-faced people like me there are wider options to try on. I had such a hard time in other stores finding a wide selection for my petite frame (everything looked too big) until I came here. Samantha was superb. She was extremely helpful, focused, and explained everything on point. Not to mention, I had 3 kids in tow and had to come in and out of the shop many times with my kids. She was kind and very thoughtful even helping with my kids. Until I was ready to order. We need more customer service like this. I would buy from here again. The website can use a little more improvement, but Samantha was very helpful when I came in to get assistance and order my second pair. Overall, a good experience from customer service to product. You cannot beat the price e for quality. I would recommend.
