“Mike has been my physiotherapist since June of 2022 when I had knee replacement surgery. He is amazing. Very encouraging when I was feeling somewhat down about my progress and the pain. He is innovative and tries to come up with alternative exercises when you are restricted by the movement you can do. He had me driving and fully mobile by the end of July. I was back to work in August. Still going 2x per week to get me back to full mobility. We are aiming for totally pain free movement. I have to have the other knee done next year and plan to have Mike as my physiotherapist again. I highly recommend contacting Mike if you have any questions or concerns.”

“Franca is amazing, she has so much knowledge and not just about the products she uses but about how different products work on different skin types including different skin pigmentations. I wanted to get under eye fillers and went to multiple people but for some reason botox was being pushed in my direction and I did enough research over a few years to know I did not want botox for my under eyes.. I wanted fillers. From the moment Franca introduced herself until I left she made me feel comfortable. She started by telling me she was going to thoroughly look at the area of interest before going ahead with anything and she went on to say there is a possibility she will not be able to do them and went into details about different reasons as to why it may not work. In that moment I knew she wasn't someone who just wanted the money, she genuinely loves what she does and she genuinely wants to ensure her clients are comfortable, and safe. Her passion for her work and her passion in ensuring her clients are comfortable with her work you can actually hear it in her voice when she speaks and that alone is comforting especially when you are getting work done on your face near your eyes.
