Express Appliance Repair

Got an appointment for same day to repair my dishwasher. Came on time. Charged me only the maintenance price instead of the full repair price because it was a quick fix. Two comments: (1) I would have liked to know ahead of time that I could have saved the $4 credit card service fee if I paid cash; (2) Service guy should be set up with proper system to pay with credit card rather than texting info to head office. This is a credit card security issue.

My GE Profile fridge was freezing everything - my big fear was that something major was wrong and would need to get a new fridge. Not an expense I could afford right now. I called Express Appliance Repair. The service was great. The tech explained the problem in terms I could understand. He was friendly and considerate which I appreciated. The problem was resolved and I'm happy with the results.

Called regarding our over range micro wave. Feared she was a goner but he service tech , after considerable difficulty was able to coax the old girl back to life. Time and tech fees were reasonable but not discounted as suggested by booking agent. Also taxes were charged out higher then should have been. Did not expect merchant fee for using VISA,
Called office said would credit but I have not seen anything yet.

Very please with service received. Our 14 year old Kenmore washing machine failed owing to an inoperative lid switch sensor. This problem was promptly diagnosed and the switch assembly replaced by the technician Boris. My wife and I are both very pleased with this outcome and would recommend Express Appliance repair without hesitation.

Very impressed with the professionalism of the technician who repaired my refrigerator and with the customer service staff who managed the appointments.
