What I appreciate the most was the honesty and the professionalism. Our Viking fridge was not cooling. A brand not many companies will work on. Carol’s friendly demeanour and genuine care in wanting to help put me right at ease. Matthew the technician arrived on time (even calling 20 minutes in advance to let me know he was on his way - how many companies care enough about your time to do that). He explained the issue, called his suppliers right on the spot and provided an estimate of cost and timeline for the repair. Costs were reasonable and service unmatched. “I went to Interstone with my wife and we got great help from Lee. She helped us pick the tiles and while I wasn't a fan of the tiles initially, when we finished installing the tiles on our bathroom they came out beautifully! Even the renovators were commenting how great the tiles looked and asked where we bought them. I was leaning towards more expensive ones but it turned out the recommended tiles which was less expensive ended up looking even better than I thought they would. Glad Lee made the suggestion. They have a massive warehouse with huge selection so lots of choices. I will be returning to purchase tiles and slabs for next renovation. Highly recommended.”

From the very beginning, he made sure that I was comfortable with the entire work that was coming through in the next few weeks. The process of selection of stones, color and the right suppliers was very important for us. Though we never met him or went into his shop, all the steps were executed very professionally and in the most efficient manner. Our kitchen was measured and designed by a professional and was clearly drawn out with the help of a software. Orlando and Ben installed the quartz for us. They were excellent with their work, answered all our queries very patiently and left the place very clean after they left. I would highly recommend his services and would gladly hire him again!”
