“Long story short, we have already obtained a building permit to rebuild and expand the 30+ yrs old deck of my house in late spring. We have shopped around but decided to hire Royal Innovation because they can do the deck and the stone patio together under one contract. Adam guaranteed that he can get the brand and color of stone we want. It works out great as the patio finished before they do the deck framing. The carpentry skills of Blair and Travis were beyond our expectations. It was exciting to watch how they turn a pile of lumber into the deck frames and the deck within a matter of days. We passed various stages of the permit inspections with flying colors. The building inspector said every time the deck is very well built and solid. I will definitely recommend them if anyone I know is getting a deck done. You maybe able to pay less to a general contractor or other deck builders to get it done, most don't do stone work (patio + walkway). Some expect you to find the materials you want. Adam came with both physical samples and pictures. And ask the questions along with costs differences to guide us through the details that will affect the end result. The unit pricing system of Royal Innovation is great, way better than the magic numbers other contracts gave me.”

From the very beginning, he made sure that I was comfortable with the entire work that was coming through in the next few weeks. The process of selection of stones, color and the right suppliers was very important for us. Though we never met him or went into his shop, all the steps were executed very professionally and in the most efficient manner. Our kitchen was measured and designed by a professional and was clearly drawn out with the help of a software. Orlando and Ben installed the quartz for us. They were excellent with their work, answered all our queries very patiently and left the place very clean after they left. I would highly recommend his services and would gladly hire him again!”

“Im going to start off by saying that considering my unpredictable and non-flexable schedule i had never had such an easy time shceduling the initial sales and measurement appointments. Considering everything is delayed due to COVID the production took a little longer then expected but we were informed by the sales rep. that this is to be expected. Both the measure guy and the installation crew were very polite, profesional, and informative and for a minimal extra cost agreed to redo the capping for my garage. Over all very satisfied with all the services provided by Building Luxury and its staff and would reccomend that if you are planning on getting georgeus new windows or a stunning new door you give these guys a shout.”
