Paulo is extremely creative and has a powerful ora that is expressed through his art. His letter and line work just pop, he is very patient and takes his time for perfection. I could not be happier with the tattoos he created for me. When I look at his tattoos it gives peace and joy, can’t wait to get more work done by him.
