Have been a client for over 5 years, Rostyslav takes care of our family. He has detected issues in my kids’ spine and pelvis, provided massage therapy and exercises, that have improved the kids’ backs and posture.
Personally, I enjoy the deep tissue massage.

I have been taking fitness classes with Irina for 3 years now, and plan to continue as long as she teaches them. The exercise program is awesome as it addresses strength, and varies on different days of the week.
Irina is an amazing fitness trainer who bases her exercise program on a deep knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. She is attentive to her clients’ conditions and constraints and adjusts the program accordingly.
Classes with Irina are always fun as her enormous enthusiasm and energy are contagious. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve their health and overall well-being.

Irina's fitness classes are amazing! she puts a lot of emphasis on proper form and makes sure everyone is doing the exercises properly. Irina creates a great atmosphere in the class and it is truly fun to attend.
The yoga class is also very recommended, it's really good for both body and mind!
