Russ and his trainers really care about their members. I have been a member of this gym for almost a month now, and I have never walked out of that door disappointed. The high intensity of the workout itself along with the motivation from the trainers will guarantee to kick your butt. I also love the comaraderie of the members. Everyone is super friendly and motivating. This isn't the type of gym where people compete against each other. In fact, the constant high-fives work as a sense of encouragement that we are all in it to win it together. I love this studio and would ???? recommend it!! Get ready to get your sweat on!!
