I would give more stars if possible. If you are looking for a pharmacy were you are more than just a customer, look no further. I have been going here for many years and always great service, I'm now writing this review because of what I think is far above what any chain would have done. Recently I had a cycling accident that landed me in the trauma unit for 10 days. When coming home I was still in a lot of pain with only a few painkillers left and no prescription. Calling my pharmacy, they first called Sonnybrook for a renewal, when they got no call back, they called my family doctor who issued the prescription. All this was done on their own initiative! I can not thank them enough. I originally switched to this location because they offered a senior discount, however the service level is why I will continue to patronize this location. Old fashion excellent customer service is so hard to find these days. Here you will get personalized service by staff that really care about you.

The Pharmacy is very tidy and clean. People working at the pharmacy are professional and friendly. I have been using the pharmacy for the past one year and am throughly happy with their prompteness and customer service .

I wanted to share my experience with this pharmacy and their staff. The pharmacy is very clean and organized. The staff here are absolutely amazing! I came in last week with my 1 year old son, and they went out of their way to give me my prescriptions as quick as possible, as my son was getting a little fussy (within 15 mins). They (Vicky and Ator) also were so helpful with recommending a moisturizer for my son (he has eczema), and its been a week since I've been applying it and it made such a huge difference! Even with how busy they were with other customers, Vicky still had time to talk to me on what to get for my son. Thank you Vicky and Ator for your help, you have now gained a loyal customer who will come to your pharmacy first for all of my medical needs! So grateful for the help and recommendation of the moisturizer for my son!

A+++ Service. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. The pharmacists ask all of the appropriate questions and share their knowledge regarding the medications to ensure correct and proper usage. Highly recommend!

I love the pharmacy and the sweet ladies at the cash, they are always kind and friendly, helpful. The whole team is spectacular. They are problem solvers and treat you with respect and kindness. Very welcoming . And I am highly pleased with their services .
