I had a toilet that was leaking around the base. Andrew answered my call immediately, explained options and pricing on the phone and provided a great response. He was at my place within two hours and had a new toilet installed perfectly within two hours of that. Everything was completed within 3.5 hours of my initial call. We chatted while he removed and installed the toilets. He explained the nuances of what he was doing and why. Not only did he do a great job, but it was a pleasure to experience his professionalism.
