(June 16, 2019, 1:30 am)Joy has helped me tremendously. From the beginning Joy made sure I was capable of doing the routine she set out for me and was doing it correctly. As I progressed in my fitness routine Joy changed my routine not only to help improve my fitness but to ensure I didn’t get bored with the same plan. Joy was able to help me cope post physio and work with me to get past any physical limitations I had and that is above and beyond . Thank you Joy! You are amazing!
