(December 5, 2018, 12:09 am)Once you’ve ordered and paid service picks up and delivery is timely and efficient. Delivery team was quite professional. The sales tactics are however a little questionable. Make your offer and if they don’t like it just go to one of the 100s of other retailers. Take what they tell you about the mattress and why one is better than the other with a pinch of salt. Good luck.
(October 22, 2017, 3:52 am)I ordered a Sealy Posturepedic Optimum Madden mattress, during the Sealy sale they were having, and could not be happier with the mattress! Craig the salesman was very helpful and got us a good deal on the Box Bed. They were both delivered on time, and I can confidently say that this bed is leaps and bounds greater than the mattress I had before. They said it would be delivered between 3-7pm, and they came at 6:45pm. No complications, no issues, and it took them 15 mins to get the old mattress / box bed out and put in the new mattress / box bed. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience.
