The only reason we come here because it’s close to home. Thinking it’ll save some time. Last couple appointments we have to 2 hours after our appointment time thinking maybe they’re backlogged. But every time is a long wait!!! Every week I work 6 days, I that one day I get off, I spend them here.

Update: since my initial review, I’m still going there, but definitely noticed a significant improvement on the timing and scheduling. Keep up the good work.

I really don't like leaving publicly critical reviews like this, but I've spoken up about this to Dr. G on multiple occasions and all I got were excuses without any indication that there would be efforts to improve this.

Registered my newborn to this clinic back in September, even though there already were reviews about the horrible wait times, and took the chance because it's so close to home, but I'm pretty much done with this clinic. The doctors that I really like and want to request aren't always available for what I need (Dr. Lalani is an ER doctor who doesn't administer vaccines, and Dr. Wang is currently only taking phone consults). The one doctor who is always available (Dr. G) doesn't listen when parents tell her the long wait time is a real problem. Always coming up with excuses. The poor nurses have to bear the brunt of upset parents who bring their babies in and have to sit and wait for so long. I've seen 4 different pediatricians for a variety of reasons, all who take their time to pay close attention to detail with my daughter, and I've never been made to wait longer than 30 minutes for those appointments. Whereas each time I'm booked with Dr. G, I've had to wait 1-2 hours after my appointment time. The last appointment I had there was at 12:20pm; their first appointment was 11:30am, and even THEN I waited an hour before my baby was even measured. There were 5 babies scheduled for that one hour timeframe alone; how on earth did they expect to get through all of us on time? So while I'm not the one doing the scheduling, I can imagine that they're scheduling too many appointments at once. And if they had no choice but to schedule me in because my daughter needed her vaccines, then at least let me know the appointments were running behind so that I could perhaps show up later. I've had a wonderful doctor in the past where I've had to wait over an hour, even with an appointment, and the reception communicated the wait time to me upfront so that I could leave and come back. It's all a matter of communication and transparency.

Aside from the wait, the clinic is clean and the staff are kind (especially Nurse Candy) which is why I gave this clinic 3 stars instead of just 1. What's fair is fair. If you can get an appointment with either Dr. Lalani or Dr. Wang, you're in great hands. But I personally don't feel like taking the chance with such inconsistency anymore. I'm taking my daughter to my own GP for now.
