  Its an experience to be treated with so much care and respect. The knowledge of their proffesion with detail explaintion of your needs.Even after purchasetheir follow upand care have not been neglected. I will and have recommend friends and strangers, with 100o/o approval.

  Miriam was incredibly helpful with arranging a prompt visit for me. I had spent a week looking for a reliable and professional clinic to diagnose and treat me for my symptoms. Miriam quickly followed through and secured me a prompt visit with the in house ENT.
  
  I was provided with thorough information and education regarding the many complex structures and their importance in my hearing and balance. This allowed me to better understand how everything works and fully grasp what was functioning normally and what was not.
  
  If you are looking for courteous staff, information and education along side good care then I would highly recommend this clinic.

  We had such a great experience at the Vaughan Hearing and Balance Centre. This location was nowhere near home, but it was definitely worth the trip; they made my 5 year old daughter comfortable, and both ladies on staff were wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend them not only for kids, but for adults as well. Special thanks to Miriam who handled the booking of our appointment and greeted us so warmly when we arrived. Keep up the great work!
