I get Keratin done regularly but this was my first time today with Connie, Tessa and Rose Marie. Pleasant ladies. No nonsense chatter. Invested time and energy to treat my long hair professionally with patience. Services prices are justified. Will update later if and how the product lasted and if any reactions. “This is my go to place. The staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I usually do shellac and they always come out nice and last quite a while. They never rush on you either. This morning I went with my mother and grandmother and they spent time to help pick our colour (no rushing!!!). They made my grandmother feel comfortable even though she doesn't speak English. Also, the place is well staffed and big; I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time without an appointment.”
