MCI Physiotherapy at Main Exchange

There has been significant improvement in my frozen shoulder after only two and a half weeks of physiotherapy here. Justin is methodical and kind yet determined. Perfect. And Rossana, the administrator, is friendly, accommodating and honest. Can't imagine a better team. Highly recommend.

My Name is Gail and what Im about to say would not have been possible if it was not for the Outstanding Treatment and concern for the MCI Team.
Was in an MVA in 2016 in what was suppose to have been a minor car accident and turned out and into more Health issues than expected. Resulting in Osteoarthritis, Chronic Pain & Fibromyalgia with Myofascial and trigger points Lumbar and spinal problems.
The MCI team encouraged and uplifted me to stay positive in order to help deal with this situation every step of the way.
I would like to THANK, Mr. Joseph Balsano who is the Regional Manager of MCI. If It was not for this gentalman thinking outside of the box in order to seek and sustain me as his client I don't know where I would have been then or even now in this Matter. So for this I humbly thank you.

I will never ever forget your patients with me when I got things mixed up or arrived a little late or cancelled . But most importantly the day when I had a major Panic attack and I was on the phone with you. You stayed with me and talked me through it. You kept calm and your voice and presence in that moment in time is forever etched in my mind.

I had a wonderful experience with Justin and Rosanna from MCI physiotherapy. Very welcoming staff, friendly atmosphere. Mr Justin was amazing he got the job done right away, in under a week I saw significant progress.

During my time at MCI I was taken care of, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The appointments were made to fit my schedule, and I wasn’t just a patient I was a person as well, the staff is very welcoming and wait until you’re finished speaking when describing your issue. The level of attention I got played a pretty big part in my quick recovery too, it wasn’t long before I was walking again without crutches or a limp. I appreciate the work they did over the last few months!
