Thornhill Diagnostic Imaging

I came to my appointment on time, met the receptionist. She was nice. I forgot my requisition form (oops), she said my husband could go back and get it, and it wouldn't affect the appointment so long as we brought it in.

I was called in within 5 minutes, and the tech (Fatima) was great. Really friendly. She did the whole exam very gently, and explained a lot to me. They allowed my husband and both parents into the room after to see the baby after. The tech was great, the experience was prompt, they worked with me when I forgot my sheet.... Honestly I have nothing to complain about. Overall a good experience.

Before coming to this place, I was really worried because of others’ reviews. However, as far as I have experienced, this place was great. Everyone was friendly, and they answered our questions and requests professionally. I was so happy that I could see my baby moving for the first time at this place. I appreciate them :)

My experience here was actually not too bad. Waited the usual wait at clinics maybe even less.The staff are nice. I went here twice and had no issues.
