If I could, I would have given 3.5 stars.
Doctor was nice, professional, and knowledgable without a doubt. They're open on Saturday and Sunday, which is great. Prices for services are comparable if not competitive with others around town.
Main problem during and after my visit was the receptionist. While she was nice when I was talking to her, she didn't recognize or great us when we walked in. Didn't offer us a seat while she was talking to another patient/customer. All small stuff so far, but main problem was the fact that she didn't provide the correct prescription! My father's bifocal prescription didn't have the near sided power added. Once we called to inform her of the issue, she told us that she can e-mail the RX but not on the same day and it would be the day after our call. However she didn't email us or call us, didn't reply to our voicemail message which was left after we didn't get the RX and we ended up going back to get the correct prescription. No sincere apology was made then either, and no explanation was given for the oversight on the original prescription or the lack of follow up.

Great exam with the details. I got all my questions answered and the technical explanation I was after. They continue the excellent service of the past.

Both Dr YI and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
I purchased a beautiful pair of glasses from their awesome selection, and they were so patient and helpful with my selection process.
