Other places I had tried took far too long to respond to my inquiries only to let me know months after they were not available - Balloon Express came through for me with both their online booking system and the personal approach during the consultation.

Esther at Balloon Express was simply a delight to work with :) She answered ALL of my questions and inquiries within an impressive time frame. She suggested decor tips and ideas which when brought to life were really fun and fit the theme I was going for. The balloons were delivered right on time with friendly service. I would definitely recommend and / or use their services again.
