  Everything is good. Dr Tang is a knowledgeable optometrist and takes time to review stuff with you. Only thing they could improve upon is front desk staff to do prerequisite stuff quickly and efficiently so patients would not have to wait long. In our case Doctor wanted the retinal scan done which the front desk staff missed. Cleanliness and ambience is good.

  Called in advance to ensure that they do direct billing to insurance company as I often forget to send paperwork and therefore end up paying out of pocket. The receptionist asked which company and when I informed her, she agreed. I booked my husband in, despite knowing that the price was higher and he was just looking for a simple prescription check before getting new glasses. The visit was fine but we ended up paying out of pocket as they refused to do direct billing after the visit. I wouldn’t have minded as much had they been a little more forthcoming, but will consider other offices in the future specifically for this behaviour.

  I had my eye check up exam and contact lens fitting here for the first time. I was impressed by the customer service! Friendly and highly professional staff! Thank you so much for providing utmost care! Definitely choosing this place again!

  I've been to this clinic twice, each time I saw Dr Matthew Chan. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I've been going to eye doctors all my life and I've never had such a detailed eye examination before. He was happy to explain everything in a way that I could easily understand. I was satisfied with the level of professionalism I experienced, and I will continue to visit this clinic in the future.

  From the moment I walked in, to my last step out the door, I felt like my eyes and I were well taken care of. The staff were super friendly yet professional. Dr. Matthew Chan in particular made me feel very comfortable through out my eye exam and explained to me what he was doing as well as promptly answer all the questions that I had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new optometrist! Aside from the staff, they also carry state of the art technology to ensure the best eye care and they also have a great selection of glasses. I promise, you won’t be disappointed.
