had a great experience getting work done on my car, orville was quick to diagnose my electrical issue (which a previous mechanic did not find) -also provided me with honest feedback and advice regarding some other repairs i was thinking of getting on another mechanics recommendation which i realllllly appreciated since he couldve totally just did the unnecessary work just to get the money-orville had no problems answering my questions and explaining preventative measures to me even going as far as providing relevant info guides-as a woman who went on her own i felt extremely comfortable with the service i received from orville as i did not feel like it was being "dumbed down" like ive experienced with other shops---since my first visit ive been back twice for an oil change and to put on my winter tires--if you're reading the reviews to make a decision whether or not you should bring your car in to orville believe me when i say do it, you or your wallet wont regret it !

The service was excellent and I didn't have to wait long for my car.. I would recommend this place for sure.

Orville is the best mechanic I've ever had by far. I brought my car to Orville after he talked me out of getting a bunch of work done the first time I visited his old shop in 2012. The most honest mechanic I've ever dealt with. I've since moved out of the province. A recent visit to a new mechanic reminded me how great Orville and his team are! I hope you open a San Francisco location one day, Orville!
