I've been going to the dealership for my cars because I thought the premium was worth it for the service (nice waiting area, online booking, inspections). Once my car started showing problems that I thought the dealership should've caught I decided to look elsewhere. Nello's has great reviews here so I gave it a shot. I took my car for an oil change this morning and my first impression based on the experience was terrific. Nello seems like a very honest guy and was willing to answer my questions patiently. He already had a handful of clients at 8 am, which I think is a testament to his customer loyalty. Will definitely be going back!
