Service was exceptional from start to finish. From my first interaction with Carol the customer service representative through to the final repair with Matthew. What I appreciate the most was the honesty and the professionalism. Our Viking fridge was not cooling. A brand not many companies will work on. Carol’s friendly demeanour and genuine care in wanting to help put me right at ease. Matthew the technician arrived on time (even calling 20 minutes in advance to let me know he was on his way - how many companies care enough about your time to do that). He explained the issue, called his suppliers right on the spot and provided an estimate of cost and timeline for the repair. Costs were reasonable and service unmatched. I would definitely recommend Pro Appliance to friends and family and will use them again.
