Great workouts, very clean facilities and knowledgeable instructors.
Great for just working out or full contact sparring. These guys put on amateur events every year. Biggest and best events around hosted at the Paradise Banquet Hall.

I know they have been around since 1972 and have had more World Champions then any other school around but they never loose their sense of humbleness.
These guys would give you the shirt off their backs without hesitation.
Martin McNamara (original twin) still teaches classes here in Woodbridge. This guy is a true’ legend like no other.
Total respect to organization and Woodbridge location.
Never disappointed.
