We had a water leak that had caused mold. Luc and his team promptly responded to our call. Luc was knowledgeable, professional, and patiently answered all my questions. They contained the area quickly, removed all damaged materials, and conducted all repairs in a timely fashion. I could not have been more happy with the service I received. In my time of need, Luc and his team were there to help. Luc visited me on several occasions to provide an update on the renovations after some water damage -- he provided insight and suggestions on what to fix and how to accomplish this. Additionally, the pricing was more than reasonable for some extra's I wanted and there were no surprises. Luc took a personal interest in seeing my project through, providing updates as soon as they became available, confirming the next steps -- I felt I was always aware of what was happening. We had a pipe burst and flood in our home. Luc and his PuroClean team guided us through the difficulty and stress of cleaning up the extensive damage. They arranged for remediation of both water damage and mold damage. After cleaning up all the damage. Luc was an amazing advocate for us to get full coverage and payment on our insurance claim. Finally, we are working with his associate to rebuild all the damaged flooring, walls, and cabinets. Truly great service from beginning to end.
