I booked a five session one on one training with Meghan Tuckey. It was life changing. Megan tailored all of the exercises specifically for my personal needs. She was patient, thorough, and she is an excellent instructor often giving cues to help me to remember what to focus on while doing them at home, as well as giving me written follow up guides. I cannot say enough about her ability to teach. Not only do I realize the strength I have built in these few short weeks, she has help me to overcome my fear of exercise limitations due to old injuries. I would highly recommend Meghan for these personal training sessions.”

“My Mum has been a resident at Stouffville Creek for almost 7 years and has loved every minute of her time there. The staff.. from the Nurses reception...managers...dining room and kitchen....and service staff are totally committed to the wellbeing care of the residents. It has an amazing energy and feeling of friendliness with activities taking place every day. There are weekly outing to shopping or the bank , picnics in the park or bus rides to the local lakes. The residents mingle well either at coffee in the Bistro or outside at the lovely gazebo surrounded by hanging baskets and flowers. Nearby Main St. in Stouffville has many shops and is a great place to take a little walk..not too far! I would recommend Stouffville Creek without hesitation !”

“I love this spa and wellness center! More then anything I love that my kids love it too. On our last visit Alyssa(RMT) give my girls 7 and 9 yrs a 30 min massage while we relaxed in the Salt Cave. I also like to take the girls to see Jacinda the osteopathy she is great. My simple pleasure is book, candles and natural products, they have it all. Janice, the Owner is wonderful and has such a good energy about her. I highly recommend this place no matter the need.”
