Brian recently completed 2 small jobs for me. He was patient, did excellent work and gave instruction as to operation and maintenance I needed to know.
For Brian, customer service has an equal value to quality work (I rarely find that anymore).
I additionally appreciated the respect shown to me personally and my home. Thankyou Brian....I have more projects for him.

Brian is an awesome contractor, very reliable, professional and creative. It’s the small jobs that he continues to do in our house that builds credibility for when I have to do a big Reno in the future. From fixing and aligning door hinges, painting, installing fixtures, concealing wires in our tv wall mount, installing a laundry vent system properly, hooking up a brand new fridge with water line and installing shelves in the closets and garage for improved organization. Very reasonably priced.

Brian just finished a small job for me and I could not be more pleased! He painted the walls around my main stair well. He also hung a new light fixture for me. He was on time and very professional. Brian fixed a light in our shower which had not worked in ages. I told Brian that our humidifer was not working, he took a look and figured out the issue right away. He then took the time to show me what the problem was. I would not hesitate to use Brian again. He did an amazing job!!!

I am beyond thrilled with the work and craftsmanship of Yake Custom Contracting. Brian and Melissa are so easy to work with, they really took the time to understand what we needed in our basement reno. They worked so hard and made our empty shell of a basement into a beautiful gym studio, playroom and 3 piece bathroom. they have upgraded the value of our house and have helped me to be able to grow my business.
