“Gong Cha is definitely the beast bubble tea in Stouffville. Friendly staff and helpful with the menu. Very clean inside. The flavors are very tasty. We got the Chocolate Oreo and thr Brown Sugar Oolong Tea. WOW!!! So yummy!! Now you can get the best bubble tea in Stouffville instead of driving anywhere else. Can't wait to try other flavors. Update: the bubble waffles are so yummy!!! We tried 3 new flavors and all 3 were absolutely delicious!”

“Enjoying some great food and drink on their expanded patio the other night . We had nachos with peach arugula flat bread . Both dishes were really good . The patio is nice right on main could hear the creek running beside us .Near the end of our evening the rain came so we moved under the sun tarp for cover got to talking with the owners and staff. Can't say enough about how awesome it is to support local with all we are all going through . We finished our night with a couple of great baked tarts which were fantastic. So next time your on main and need some sweet baked goods and coffee or something to quench your thirst and hunger stop in. Super friendly staff is always ready to serve you what you need. We will so make this a regular place .”

There are no floor markings, and confusing arrows, which caused my in-person order to be delayed as I stood waiting in the wrong place. And then, once I ordered, there was much more emphasis given to online orders, rather than to serving people like me who took the trouble to show up firsthand.”

“I've been going to For The Love Of Jo for many years now. I could be wrong but if memory serves me right my first visit was sometime in 2009. While not much has changed since, this shouldn't be seen as a negative thing. Sometimes keeping things that work is more than enough, with the occasional refresh. Lots of.big companies do that, just think of Apple's iPhone, car manufacturers, clothing... You get the idea. What prompted me to take the time to write was my experience today, which simply added to an already positive view of the business and its staff. I rode my bicycle from Toronto and was very excited to grab a warm cup of coffee and some treats before the trip back. It's still relatively cold, plus I wanted to support the business in these difficult times. As I was placing the order I remembered that I had no cash or my debit card, with only the tap function on my mobile as a payment option. It didn't work, but rather than turning me away, the person working there gave me the espresso. It may not seem much, but it's these types of gestures that put a place ahead of others. In addition to that, when he noticed me sitting by the steps to the front door, he came out and gave me a nice cup of warm mint tea. "To help me warm up", he said. There may be newer and "fancier" coffee options on Main Street but having gone to those places a few times as well, I can say that I'm yet to experience something like this or receive consistent service. For The Love Of Jo gives us that. So go support them! Go enjoy their coffee and treats with the knowledge that you're dealing with a one of a kind business owner. ??”
